Registration for effective way of tracing COVID-19 infection at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering CTU in Prague

If any of the employees or students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague has been positively tested for COVID-19, we ask him to send the following information to the e-mail tajemnik@fs.cvut.cz

Required information:

• name and surname
• e-mail
• mobile phone
• list of people the positive test person came in contact with in the last week since testing

The required data are provided to the Rectorate of CTU and the Hygienic Station of the City of Prague.
