Dear students,
since many years Czech Republic contributes to the financing of the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics (VKI), therefore czech graduate and undergraduate students have the opportunity to join the VKI Academic programs and to be part of the scientific development of their country in several domains as aerospace, hypersonic, turbomachinery and decarbonization, industrial and chemical processes, environment and green energy and fluids engineering and measurement.

The von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics invites students to attend an online info session about its academic programs on Tuesday 12th of May from 13:00 to 14:00 (Brussels, Budapest, Prague CEST Time) / 14:00 to 15:00 (Sofia, Bucharest ESST Time).

We will present the 9-month research master in fluid dynamics (master-after-master level), the short training program from two to six months, Doctoral and Postdoctoral opportunities. Alumni and VKI students will share their experience with the students.

To attend this info session, interested persons can register by sending an email to the VKI secretariat (secretariat@vki.ac.be, phone: +32 2 359 96 04), indicating their name, last name and university. The information to join the session will be sent after registration.

As you know there is no tuition fee for students who are Bulgarian, Czech, Hungarian and Romanian citizens. VKI fellowships are also available.

Kind regards,
Prof. Jeroen van Beeck, Dean of the Faculty, von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics
